Awesome project, guys. Possibly next only to Unitech's own Grande project in Noida is sheer scale and impressiveness.
![]() Sun, is there any commercial space in this project? I see some large floor plate buildings in the upper-left corner of the layout, next to the signature "Air" Tower. Is that a mall or office space, or possibly mixed-use?

- Thanks, arijeet. Uniworld is basically a residential township with supporting retail space. I think Unitech has a much bigger project coming up somewhere in the area, right?I was looking for the big IT projects in the area. Hope to see more details of the major ones like DLF and SP. Thanks in advance!

![]() The first DLF IT park is already operational. The second one is coming up next to Infospace and should be operational by end of next year. SP Infocity would be spread over 50 acres as well. Construction is yet to start. |

At 41 floors Air would be the tallest for Kolkata when complete. It is supposed to be under construction but not sure about the statusRegarding density, with 50 towers ranging from 10 to 41 floors this would be the densest for Kolkata once complete. Perhaps Unitech Grande would be the densest and tallest residential skyline of the country |

Thanks Sun for the photos. If these photos are of Unitech Heights, then these are old ones because the photo on Post No.20 on this thread has already reached 27 storey level.(posted 13 August, 2008)
