many many thanks Sun for bringing updates of all the unitech towers into one fold. I had been eagerly waiting to see when it (the Air) becomes a reality. When topped out,(most probably, sometime in the middle of 2010), the Air will be the tallest building in India outside Mumbai.

unitech has changed the payment plan of cacade and harmony to construction based now. It will provide some relief in terms of interest cost.

The advantage this project had was that it took off at a very opportune time , before the crisis set in BIG time , certainly a city on it's own . I hope the landscaping will be 5 star too as it makes a lot of difference to the appearance.

they are giving new plan structure to individual clients according to amounts they have already paid.
Its not encouraging seeing the delay and lack of clarity unitech has. The earlier projects have already been delayed for almost 1 1/2 yrs. They are still not in position of providing proper planned work in progress to complete it you may join the google group for all the updates |
