It's located on Gangnam-Ro a few blocks north of Gangnam station. It'll look very cool at night with lights on inside.

yep. those outlooks are similar .
but, about the structure, there is very important difference, as I know.

as you can see the following pic, the holes on the Jardine facade are just the decoration stuffs on the design aspect.
but about the Urban Hive, the concrete walls themselves are the sustaining structures of the building. so there is no core part inside the building, as u can see on the second pic. Maybe this is the first trial ever, at least in korea...

There is supposed to be a proper usage for the Urban Hive, right? I don't know whether it will be used for offices, hotel, or residential.

This one's windows are a lot smaller. One floor's height at Jardine House would fit one circle, but this one seems a lot more dense.

I'm not a big fan very boring in white and the circles just look discusting but that my opinion
