Another fine example from the messi photo-album. Thanks!

So it seems that the terracing I saw up in the air on the crane earlier, was a piece to finish off the terracing in the corner then, I think...? It certainly looks like the corner terracing is entirely finished now, in your photos.

Well spotted Gouldy! It's all taking shape now in it's naked glory and we'll soon be watching it get dressed

Thanks messi. Super pics.

I'd love to know how they got the final bits of pre-cast terracing up in the corner. They must have lowered it through the gaps in the roof steel.

You stole my thunder a bit, as I was just about to upload my better quality pics. Only a few show anything that's not on yours.

And the final long roof beam going in.

They really don't seem in any rush to finish the final section of terracing. I was convinced they'd finish that off before the final roof beam. Looks like I was wrong about that like so much else on this build.

With reference to the webcam,

In my experience they will probably just have to switch it off and back on again, this is the first thing you are taught in I.T.

Perhaps they are waiting for the cam to be fixed before they do the last section of terracing so that they don't disappoint us

They did that last time the cam went down and it worked! It must be something more serious this time like the batteries have run out

It happened on a very cold night. I think the cam may have froze in both senses of the word.

Looking at this picture, I notice they haven't finished the first section of the roof at the Billy Wright side of the stand, it only extends as far as the truss, and they have yet to add the bit that extends out in front of the truss.

Anyone know any reason for this not to have been finished?

This pic of Messi's gives an idea of the distance the crane would have to reach to access that area of the roof.

Perhaps it's an access issue and they can't get the big crane in untill they remove the big screen. Or it's because at the moment the crane that's working in the middle is stuck there untill that section is finished and the other big crane is busy the other side so we might have to wait for one of the big cranes to be freed up before that section is done.
We've seen a lot of instances on this build where they work on a section till something stops them and they carry on somewhere else e.g the last pieces of terracing in the corner section were only put in today.

Unless of course thats thats required maybe to facilitate a wrap around at some point in the future?
What did the other side look like before the corner section was erected?

Took some photos before departing for Old Trafford.

And just something I was thinking about at Old Trafford...

Look just how massive their disabled area is compared to ours, but how much better hidden it is on the tv.

United don't miss a trick do they. On that last pic they even have a snap-on tool box, so they can carry out service and maintenance of the wheelchairs during the match, I'm sure I saw battery charging stations too.

Moxey has some way to go to beat these boys to a community award.

"Work dodgers" This description adequately fits me.

Yeah, I've been following the progress of that, also, especially over the last week. Their webcam is even worse than ours, though, in a way. You can see almost no detail. (Well, worse than ours, when ours is working )

I don't know how true it is but someone on another site says they are putting the last terracing in. I wonder if they were working yesterday? Again, thanks for the pics Gouldy!
