Messi thanks yet again! Your pics are never pointless! The last few pieces of terracing went in in 20 mins if you look at the times on my screenshots at the top of this page.

Messi has done me a favour! I was just getting ready to go and take some photos, but I could do with staying here through lunch again today, even though I'm not working, so was hoping Messi would have been down today. But the Messiah has come unto us again, just in the nick of time! Thanks Messi, awesome photos again!

Not pointless as they show how far they've come with the roof and back wall. Thanks again.

Notwithstanding the possible building delay effect it might have, I'm looking forward to seeing the Stan Cullis with snow on it tomorrow (assuming the Met Office warnings come to fruition, tonight).

If you zoom in on this render to 400% (and forget the owly render- 2nd. pic) the truss is the same as what they have installed so I'm thinking this is the more accurate render of the two(apart from the spike construction being simplified and possibly the windshield) to how the Steve Bull will look when completed if it goes ahead.

I personally dont like that the corners sections have straight terraces rather than curvers.

Really? That's one of the things I really like about it.
I can't think of many grounds with corners like that

Everyone's personal taste can't be tendered to, I guess. There'll always be people that are disappointed with something or don't like certain aspects, while others love those same parts. I personally love the fact that they're not curved, it's all part of the stadium looking a little bit original, rather than the standard 30,000-and-something bowls that make up like 50% of British stadiums

I had imagined that this article from the official site may have been analysed by us stand watchers by now...

"Wolves have today announced that a limited number of Half Season Tickets will be released in the lower tier of the Stan Cullis stand.
Health and Safety tests have been carried out by contractors Buckingham Group that have deemed it possible to house more supporters in the lower tier of the North Bank.
Since the lower tier was officially re-opened at the Spurs game back in September and occupied by season ticket holders from the QPR match, only season ticket holders that had purchased the Stan Cullis season ticket at Early Bird or during the summer have since been seated there.
Wolves are now giving even more supporters the chance to experience the wider concourses, improved view, and state of the art facilities of the new Stan Cullis stand.
A half season ticket guarantees supporters a seat at every home game during the second half of the Premier League season - starting with the Chelsea game on Monday 2 January (Kick Off 3pm).
Fans will be able to guarantee their seat for £24.90 per game (£249) - a reduction on last year's prices - despite the second half of the season including many attractive home fixtures: Chelsea, Aston Villa, Liverpool, West Bromwich Albion, Blackburn Rovers, Manchester United, Bolton Wanderers, Arsenal, Manchester City and Everton.
Supporters that choose to purchase a half season ticket in the Stan Cullis stand for the remainder of the season, will also be able to renew their seat in that stand at Early Bird prices and be amongst the first to watch Wolves next season from a brand new and completed North Bank.
Seats purchased on a half season ticket will not be the seat renewable for the 2012/2013 season but will guarantee a renewal in the fully completed north stand."

The last line kinda hints that those are the back rows between the concrete compounds that will be converted into "1st Class" seating.

Original article is here BTW.

I have noticed that if the renders are to be believed the Southbank end definately flattens off more and has a more curved profile to it (maybe something to do with safe standing in the future perhaps?)

The new build is all about straight lines though- no curves.
