Was wondering if anyone could clear something up for me...

Does anyone know anything about this bridge? Is it still on the cards? has it been scrapped or what? It looks brilliant, was posted in Feb 2010

The bridge concept has been around for almost a decade now.

I knew the concept designers when it first came around.

It's since been passed on to the council/uni to sort.

The route in and around the city/uni/molineux might be developed with future plans for the old Carillion site.

I suspect now we won't see anything till that is revealed further.

I could get the detailed spec and design for the previous scheme before this one if I asked nicely and anybody here wanted to see it.

good news anywho ...

Redrow provides some welcome relief for Wolves owner Morgan
23rd February 2012

WOLVERHAMPTON Wanderers owner Steve Morgan put the club’s management problems to one side today to focus on the performance on his day-job, housebuilder Redrow.Interim results show Redrow continued its recent positive run of results in the six months to December 31, with pre-tax profits up by 80% to £17.4m (2010: £8.5m) on the back of a 7% increase in sales to £232.8m (£216.1m).

^ He will have to turn the floodlights on!
It is an excellent image though and it would be brilliant if he could re-create it.

If you look at the render of the new N/B-S/B you see a large area at ground level that looks like the same as they are building now at the S/B corner.
To me that looks good for stage two being done.[at some time.]

I can see the baby changing being a massive waste of cash. Couple of years ago I enquired about babes in arms up to the age of 2, and was told they need to purchase a full child price ticket for a seat, even though they would not be using it.

Personally I dont fancy paying £10, £12 or whatever price it is to hold a baby/toddler on my knee throughout a football match that they were only going to be at out of necessity rather than any strong desire to see a football match.
I feel many parents would feel this way and so rendering the baby changing pointless.

i think they need baby changing to satisfy everybodys needs and to make all facilities available to those who need them, and to make the new stand up to high standards

What are Wolves playing at?!

They sacked Mick at the worst possible time, they should have done it much sooner, or not bothered at all. This is just an absolute joke.

One word about Morgan and Moxey about this redevelopment and ..

All that's come to be in last few weeks at Molineux

CHEAPSKATES!

PS. Curbishley just been on Sky Sports News saying. He was " very flattered" to be asked by Morgan to come for the interview and was really interested in the Wolves Managerial job. But said it just did not work out. Would not go into detail because of confidentiality??

Who is going to hold his clipboard?

Let's do a whip round and get tc a iPad 2 - clipboards are soo 90s.

Moxey on ssn "tc has been a great part of our success" - yes bottom 3 virtually all season, playing crap football, coaching players that show no technical ability - joke
