the proportions of infinity are much better. the dubai towers are too thin, especially at the top. it's still pretty impressive though.

they are also too thin for my taste.Aren't they too thin to be constructed?Maybe the real tower will be different.

Are you sure? Hattat is searching for an Arabian partner from Dubai for this tower. I hope, he can find because construction is very very slow

1) It's 238m, not 234m

2) Hattat's proposal for partnership with Jumeirah Hotels (Dubai) is very recent. Dubai's companies originally had nothing to do with the project. Seems like HEMA Industries (Hattat Holdings) also wants to get its share from the $5 billion UAE investment in Istanbul. The construction costs of the project will still be entirely covered by Hattat Holdings though (Hattat Holdings will own the building, while Jumeirah Hotels will "probably" be among the tenants - as it's not definite yet.)
