But I've been keeping up on the SOMA thread...
I'm not sure if this is in the same level project as SOMA but they have the same concept of "Fully Fitted Condos" and same developer...
Seems allot of the investors were surprised on certain things when they got their units...

From the gypsum partition in between units (instead of cement), expected split type instead of the window type, AC installed is rated for 20-25sqm instead for a 40-45 sqm for a 1 Bedroom unit...


I don't know what was standard or what was said to them when they were inquiring...
But pretty much when investing - Try to ask tons of questions and even detailed questions so you won't be surprised.
Pretty much you know what you will be buying - No Surprises...

And now there are 2 residential condos with the 60+ storey The Knightsbridge Residences coming to the market today. If you guys may recall from the really old renders from last year, there was this mysterious and unnamed short building in the middle of Century City right? No one knew then what is was and what that was for but there was space big enough for another tower.

As for the 3 BPO towers at the back, they're still there. No change of plans.

The Knightsbridge will be located in the middle of Century City. As I said above, you guys may recall the old renders from last year, there was an unnamed short building (not the hotel) in the middle... this new condo will be in that spot.

The shape looks exactly like the Bellagio towers in BGC. Why didn't they come with a different form to distinguish itself?

And the units are small 27.5 sqm for a premium project. I was expecting bigger units and more exclusive like Shangrila.

Bottom line, i like the project. I probably was expecting more from IM Pei to make a project lik the Essensa twins. Obvious ba na IM Pei fan ako. Hehehe.

The Knightsbridge has a different target market... smaller cuts for the studios, etc. Units are priced lower than Gramercy.
