Last cheque date issued has always been OCT 2013 for KB hence with the needful clearances and documents processing the actual handover was always stated as DEC2013 ,,,,its impossible to say the returns as this depends on what purchasing plan you took and this has changed many times over the last 4 years ......Basic concept of returns therefore cannot be computed ie if you paid cash at one time you could avail 25%%% discount on the base unit price ..so add that to price rises and you quickly arrive at 40% saving on todays published "values"........Sherwin in your case who knows what the story is 8% of what ?......Sure to say even on a monthly basic no interest no discount plan you could assume 20%RISE if purchased in 2008 i should know ....that was my deal

i agree totally sherwin, since early 2010 8% sounds spot on to me my friend and since 2008= 20%
