Great pictures. Please tell me that is some sort of observation deck I see before me? Would be cool to see the views from that vantage point!

probably not. It will likely be an amenity for residents and their guests. It definitely would be amazing, though - being able to stare straight at 40 Wall Street and admire the insane density of the Financial District.

I've always liked The Financial District better than Midtown for that reason. I prefer the small narrow streets over the wide avenues and I like the winding curvy streets better than the grid layout. There's no doubt Midtown has a grander skyline, but The Financial District has a different kind of density that I prefer. This short birds eye view video shows what I mean
