L&T's Buildings & Factories Division Bags Orders For Rs.1,500 Cr.

This project is coming up on what used to be slum land right next to the Beaumonde towers in Prabhadevi. Ahuja group along with the Slum Rehab Authority have rehabilitated the slum dwellers into apartments. The contract to construct these towers was handed over last month so site prep should have begun by now.

It was in the news and I've posted it above on March 23rd. Though I've made many contacts within the construction and media industry who provide me with a regular feed on insider knowledge, this news wasn't one of them.
