i can't believe a company with market cap of just Rs 278 cr is building Rs 2,000 cr tower

so which politician is behind this? SG or SP?

I really wished that the Facade was better but I'm not going to complain since it is a residential tower.

You would've known if you followed this thread from the beginning. We've been through "cladding" so many times. I even posted a link to the architect's website where it clearly said, this is going to be the first building in India that will be entirely cladded with Corian. The architect's name is too complicated for me to remember, so look it up and check the description of this project.

I'm surprised they haven't started the cladding already. Usually, the lower floor cladding commences pretty much simultaneously as the height rises. Not sure if this is because Corian cladding introduces complexities as opposed to skyscrapers with glass claddings.
