Here is the list: http://www.cnbc.com/id/29862382
If i am not mistaken, the number 8th (or whatever) is for commercial properties....not residential....the list above is for residential....

@320m, even a plain wall would be an object of admiration. Wait till it starts rising!! I am damn sure, you'll be the first one to open a thread in International forum & start posting pictures.

Still, if you are not satisfied there is always 530m iconic tower & 600m Signature tower to fall upon.

Why people are hating this thing so much? Yes, consediring that this is going to be the first supertall structure in the city they should have been a bit more innovative on the design front, nevertheless it is quite a standard design for a residential building. On any given day it is far better than some of the pencil thin or some of the supposedly better looking buildings with 18th cetury lattice work or any other art work for that matter. It has a simple and clean design and if the finish is good it, thanks to it height will look quite good. So come on let us welcome it to dominate over the mumbai skyline.

its hated due to one simple reason. Its one ugly concrete rectangular box just like Resident Anthilla & everything else coming up around Bombay.

Don't expect anything revolutionary with a residential tower.

^ Exactly. I wouldn't want to live in a shiny glass and steel tower. It's hot enough in Bombay as it is

It is rising, and I will open a thread. We won't be able to hide it once it's 300m high. I'm sure we will all learn to like it eventually...

edit: I was just about to start a thread, but then I realised we don't even know how many floors it will have.

^They said each floor would have increased floor hieght so I'd think it would be around 50-60. I tried to count in the render and only got 49.

There might be some parking floors as well which might take at least 40-50 meters.
