Xansa's campus

Wonderful Campus. Should be British!

I wish we could see more of this " Expansive, ecologically beautiful, green "vast campus style developments more often than those jung rectangular concrete monsters right on the road.

According to a TCS spokesperson, it'll be ready in a couple of months -

I heard that chennai is having 50 million sq ft IT space which is equal to Bangalore's IT space.Is it true?
Can anyone confirm the IT space in chennai?
Any source is there to find this info?

If you see only the front elavation,It looks ok,
But entire elavation is not so impressive....

I think it would look a LOT better if there wasn't a garbage dump right next door.

i will be nice to have all those building in one place. it will give city an instant western look. but the only thing i am worried about is the road and other infrastructure. private sector is taking steps and govt needs to meet them half way. they all need to be organized in a well planned way. straight geometrical roads, parks bridges, flyovers need to be planned ahead of time. of course green cover and environment has to be taken care of too..

From the above renders most of the buildings look to be 10-12 floors at max.Is there any limit on the number of floors in chennai? At this rate we are going to run out of space and green cover!!
