Iliria Center Complex is a Business and Trade Center in DownTown Prishtina that includes: Five Star Hotel, Business Center 40 floors, Bank Building , Administrative Building , Retail, Four level underground parking, square, open theatre.

I have reason to believe this is not the EIG Skyscraper Complex since the investor is Mabetex

Me vjen mire qe ne Prishtine ka nje tendence per te projektuar komplekse biznesi dhe jo ndertesa te vecuara. Ky eshte projekti i trete i tille qe shoh.

If this goes a head and becomes a reality it would be a skyline in itself. It consists of 6 buildings. One at 40 floors, two at 20 floor and 3 at 16 floors.

I think this is a project that wasn't accepted for the same area as the ENK tower.

they are very similar projects, so you could be right. I would have prefered this project. I think it looks a lot better.

But then again, this project has a different investor, so it could be a project all on its own.

On Patria Group's website it mentions:

after my opinion this project has a mediocre design when compared to the ENK Complex....the ENK Complex is a jewel, and uncompareable to this one - architecturally speaking...

Still, no doubt this is an amazing project (overall.... especially when considering the size of it) which i hope will get realised soon, it would be an amazing addition to the skyline of Prishtina....

WOW This is truly a beautiful project !!!

Guys is it me or since the declaration of independence, crazy projects have popped all across Prishtina especially in the Lakrishte district...IT's CRAZY!!!
WTC Prishtina, ENK Complex and now ILIRIA Trade Center...

Are all projects for sure gonna be built? I know that the ENK complex has pretty high chances to be realized but what about ILIRIA and the WTC?

WTC is a sure project because i have looked into it and it has been posted on other sources involved with the project.
And this one most likely is also a sure project since its investor and builder is Mabetex, one of the largest construction companies out there which is involved in major developments in Kazakhstan's capital, Astana.
Bexhet Pacolli who owns Mabetex has been rumored for a while now to build something major in downtown Prishtina and this seems to be the project.
