Very nice. Just wondering...why does it seem like everything being build in Prishtina is so "secretive"? You don't find out about them until its all done and said. Just wondering because in Tirana you find out a long time before when the projects are first presented to the KRRT.

Also wasn't Pacolli planning on builiding 2 towers nearby where that American university is in Prishtina? I saw a rendering of it in the yearbook for that American university from last year.

I have never seen those towers, but I know that Mabetex advertises some of their ongoing projects outside of Kosovo (Khazakistan, Switzerland etc...) - in Kosovo

... Just for Pacolli and Mabetex to gain popularity.. Maybe those towers where one of those ads...

The towers were advertised as being in Prishtina...This was in last years yearbook for that American university in Prishtina on the last page. The girl who showed me the yearbook said she thinks the construction already started (this was last year...so she must have been mistaken).

Well, if thats the case, then obviously they must have redesigned their project... Maybe because of strong recent competition from the WTC and ENK Complex... I doubt Mabetex will build those 2 towers, in addition to this huge Iliria Center...

Actually, surprisingly enough, Pacolli havent advertised this project yet, although according to Patriagroup - they have been working on this project since 2007...

Business and politics, goes hand in hand, when you are a succesfull businessman and a politician... BUT, only when the projects are successful... Some of the other projects Mabetex have advertised for Prishtina in the past - didnt even get approval by the Municipality of Prishtina..

This, had a negative effect on Pacolli's political profile/image and credibility...

This project is different from the others; since it is approved. When, it starts construction, it will indeed be a great campaign for "Alliance for a New Kosovo"..

me sa mora vesh, do kete edhe 2 projekte te tjera ne lakrishte, pra enku, wtc, dhe iliria jane deklaruar, keto te tjerat di njeri gje per to, te pakten ku do ndertohen, dhe nga cila kompani (e di qe eshte teper heret per te kerkuar per ndonje render).

everything we know is already posted... construction isnt expected to start earlier than autumn, this year..

...i came across this the other day in a "yellow pages" registry where Mabetex was listed... I doubt this project is serious though, since the only time it has been seen was during the election campaign...
