I can't think of anything objectively bad to say about this one. Now that the glass facade is on and the top is finished, it has an intruiging retrofuturistic look going on, almost like a giant laser aimed for the sky, and it's certainly absolutely dominating the city's skyline, for better or worse. 7.5 sounds about right.

IMPRESSIVE! So sad that the construction progress was stalled by a decade. If there's no delay on this project, it would be the tallest hotel (and one of the tallest building) at that time.

I really love this building, since it has a very unique shape, and and an impressing glass facade. I'm probably also fascinated by the fact that this building stands in North Korea. |
