You're correct with the lot. Along Calle Industriya.

The who owns the lot lot is a lot owned by Philippine Bloomig Mills before. I think it's bank owned now, there's a sign on the gate. You access it through Steel Center.

Anong bangko kaya? Para magkaroon tayo ng idea kung sino ang posibleng maging developer. Looks very promising, can be another Aqua Verde in a bigger scale.

The project has yet to be launched, but initial information as follows:

WHAT: 12 hectares of low-density, mixed-use development (Serendra at the Fort occupies 12.5 hectares), with the town center concept of pedestrian-scaled streets, access to retail centers and neighborhood facilities, and lots of open spaces.

WHERE: Calle Industria, Libis. Site is bounded by two rivers (Pasig and Marikina).

UNITS AVAILABLE (for turnover in 2012):
1 bedroom: 42-44 sqm
2 bedroom: 61-68 sqm
1 bedroom bi-level: 44-70 sqm
2 bedroom bi-level: 80 sqm
3 bedroom: 98-107 sqm

PRICING: Indicative price is P80,000/square meter.

SIDE NOTE: WHY ELSE CAN'T I WAIT FOR AQUA VERDE TO START?
Got word that Ortigas and Company has partnered with a sports group to build a wakeboarding facility right in the Aqua Verde complex! It will probably take until next year to set up, but wow of wows, we cityfolk will soon have everyday access to a serious water sport, right in our own "neighborhood"!

nice more river front developments With more projects like this way may be on the way on making our rivers our front yard again.

It does sound like a mineral water! but heck the design is very good so I don't care really.

Is Pasig River clean in those area?

The design is nice but if the river still is polluted and smells...
It might not turn out good even if they follow the renderrings correctly...

Wakeboarding in Pasig River? (Joke) or they going to make a man made lake for this?

Thomasian is correct!

So Eastwood City, Nuvo City, Aqua Verde Ortigas and The Grove!
Libis area would be blowing up in the near future!

Which one to choose? Good choices...
My main concern for Aqua Verde to pull this off is... If Pasig River remains polluted and smells by the time it turns over...
Its concept would be a liability instead of an asset.

Hope they can pull this one off...

===================

I wonder where's the location of "The Grove"?

I wonder if they have a contingency plan if the river overflows because heavy rains. This is a very important issue they have to address; flooding and trash floating in the water.
