The area of EastWood and Aqua Verde in QC and Pasig is mostly industrial. The area could be easily be filled by highrises developments in the near future once the companies owning the factories think to move in nearby Laguna and Cavite for cheaper labor and land.

totoo yan. thats why visionaries from OCLP and Rockwell are keen on taking this opportunity sa may C5. the most obvious thing to do talaga for factories is to move out of Metro Manila at lumipat sa Laguna and other ecozones to avail of lower labor costs and of course tax perks sa mga ecozones na yan.

sana lang yung river around Aqua Verde would be as clean and pleasant as the one in the picture sa magazines

But FYI, that segment of the river is much cleaner compared to it's counterparts downstream. And with the increasing interest in rehabilitating our rivers, that area may have a stunning riverfront, maybe a quarter of a century from now when the real estate developments along C5 have been significantly completed.

As far as i know that is Marikina River not Pasig River, i believe the water coming from the flood control gates is coming from Pasig River.

Hi guys!

Do you think this project would keep up or at least be at par with the Grove, and be better than Nuvo City and Eastwood?

Also, FYI, Aqua Verde has been renamed "Circulo Verde" kasi tunog mineral water daw yung old name.

Circulo Verde is fine. But why not Isla Verde, to at least put emphasis on the development being surrounded by a body of water.

Formerly the mineral-water/distilled-water/purified-water sounding name, Aqua Verde...

It is now Circulo Verde.

But come to think of it, if it doesn't doesn't sound like a mineral water name anymore, the logo naman appears to be inspired by the logo of C2 Green Tea. So ngayon hindi na tubig, green tea naman. At least di naman talaga sila magkahawig, yung style lang ng pagkakasulat na ginamitan ng brush.
