The harbor pictures on the first page are pretty. I notice though that few of the boats are sail boats. Is sailing very unpopular in Korea?

what u mean? those boats are all yachts there. actually, Haeundae marina is one of the best marinas in S.Korea.
anyway, yeah, yachts or sailboats are not that popular in korea yet. acutally, it's a quite exotic recreation to East Asian base. and needs much more costs at the same activity than other western countries. but now the lovers are increasing considerably. The condition will be favorable.

Only if Seoul's villas and "Yul-ib"s look organized and neat like this

Hopefully the old villas and yul-libs get re-built with nicer-looking apts like
this instead of match-box type apartments. I wouldn't mind apts like Tower
Palace either to free up some space in Seoul

that's true. Hopefully, the design of apartments got under regulation last year, though it's too late... just we need time.
