No, it's not.

Looks very nice, and the podium shouldn't be too imposing compared to others in the Marina. I see the top (roof) being an open-air patio/lounge/terrace under the angled spire structure, but that's just a guess.

I didn't say it will not be on the tallest block, because it might very well be (still 2 empty plots there).

All I said is that it will not be right next to Marina101, something we are sure of, for the simple reason there is no empty plot left next to that particular tower.

oh, and Marina 101, Princess Tower, Elite Residence, Emirates Crown, Sulafa Tower and Marina Pinnacle are not boxy?

The only special thing in most of the tall buildings, at least in Dubai, is the spire... especially in the Marina area because it is the only thing you`ll see from a distance..!
