There were some lovely pictures of this project in the prep stage on Gaoloumi.com today. They said this project will cost 10 billion yuan just as much as East Tower in Guangzhou.

Nice. The twist gives it just that bit extra. Stands in a very non urban environment though.

it's a very nice building, but it isn't unique. i think this would look amazing in an already impressive skyline, but as a stand alone tower this isn't like taipei 101 or nanjing IFC, it isn't unique.
