Malec, id have to say at least 400m . I can tell you that the real biggie (hardrock tower) is around 580m tall and 125F and should look down over all these towers

The render has been around for a while. Last year when it first appeared the then-unidentified tower ("Dubai proposal") was said to be 400m 1312' tall.
