By golly. Another tower stuck window-to-window to its neighbor. Luzhkov is crazy. It reminds me of the Speer-like project in Mecca, where there's this battery of "towerettes" so close to each other that one wonders why they didn't plan a single enormous tower in the first place. I mean, you can't get a decent sight from three sides, plus you can't have natural light, won't this drive down the commercial value of space in the towers (16 IBC and Mercury's)? I guess it will.
