Hi,

Good to see the project starting up at last, This design selected from a competition by Public Mutual, and the scheme designed by me

. They got issues with building height earlier, tot it was 38 and now 40! (good money)

and some delay caused by GBI/LEED requirements.

Nyway will keep my eye on the project. Keep updating guys

Finally the long-delayed Public Mutual Tower is getting off the ground... At least it can plug that gap between The Weld Tower and the Affin Building...

And since the building is 40-floors, it will be same height as StanChart Tower, right?

im no longer working with them,

at one point they called me back as BIM consultant, not sure if theyre still implementing BIM for this project? since then im not sure whats happening, but glad i found updates here

sure they got many project queing up

Just got to know Public Mutual is currently based at Sri Damansara Business Park, Persiaran Industri Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

So I think they will be moving here in the future.
