A very good looking building. I thought Guizhou is one of the poorest province in China, the capital Guiyang sure looks not poor.

prosperity of Chinese cities is built on the low price of food(rice,flour etc)
farmers in Guizhou are very very very poor,once I took T61 from Kunming to Beijing,when it went through Guizhou province,I even couldn't believe my eyes that there are still such large and poor areas in China today...from that time on,I always take a plane from Beijing to Kunming,or vice versa,coz I really don't want to see those poor areas,just break my heart...

besides,one of my roomates is from Guizhou province,u definitely can't imagine how poor he/his family is. even with stipend for poor students,I don't see him living a good life..

oops!I’m off the topic..it's an elegant building indeed
