It's a terrible looking building, especially from the street. Here's a shot from the day before I took the helicopter ride:

Tell me that fits in with the surrounding buildings. It's just awful.

Looks like they used clear, grey, and yellow legos to build it.

It would look more convencional but I would prefer it without the yellow parts.

I think Beaver Building is interesting building. I think it is perfect building for Taxis headquarters!

Me too, although the buidling itself isn't very nice either. Ugly windows. Looks very disorganized. Perhaps the Worst Building of the decade. At Least it will be balanced out by the best building of the decade - Tour de Verre

Back on topic... 2009 September 21st by NYguy, SSP:
This pic is focused on Freedom Tower, so 123 Washington Street is kinda blurry, but nethertheless impressive from down there IMO.
And there's a roof plate on top now, so this could mean the tower is topped out!

Very nice shots! It's coming along nicely. Love the last one with Beekman in the background too!

Looks like something built in the 3rd world.

Nothin' against 3rd world cities, but they don't get proper architecture on a regular base.
