Agreed. Once all the WTC towers are built, this one won't stand out so much.

Its definitely not the best but I would not say it doesn't belong in NY. There are a lot uglier buildings and this one is just plain not necessarily ugly. I like how it helps out with that gap is in the skyline where the deutch bank building is getting taken down, and its cool that its white because there arent many more that color.
