Looks Really Great! But will the windows always be able to open? I hate when skyscrapers have windows you can open

To me, this just looks like a blue Trump Tower. I like how, however, that amidst all these futuristic Dubai styled buildings, this is relatively simple yet it will leave a mark on the skyline. Kudos to the architect for simplicity and style in one.

Coming along great! Almost over the remains of the Deutsche Bank Building now, is only it was gone!!! Would be a cracking view from 7WTC to this.

Hopefully someone will have a recent pic of Lower Manhattan from the Hudson River so we can see how much, if any, of an impact this has so far.

It doesn't have any impact so far.When it reach full height it should be visible from Hudson River.You can check this picture from late November.

Absolutely love this tower. I can't have enough of tall and slim towers. Anyone knows how big the plot of land this tower is being constructed on is? What would be the land area / sq. feet ratio??
