If you look at the Goldman Sachs headquarters thread, there is a shot from the river with the 123 washington in it, it doesn't impact the skyline that much, but it's nice to see another high rise toweing over the Battery Park City Buildings

This quite ironic that this tower grows so fast and Deutsche bank right next to it takes almost forever to get rid off.
