123 Washington peeks out from the north.

PS: I like the building at 17 State Street. It is one of three buildings with a curved facade on the Lower Manhattan waterfront.

Damn.. This must be the ugliest tower going up in Manhattan since ages


The cladding isn't worth to be called so. Looks like lightened concrete and suburban office park recycle glass.
