Does the cladding help creating electricity for the building? If so, that's a really cool idea.

The company Schüco has the patent on these windows. They used it for the first time for offices that were integrated into a stadium. And it works great! That is a good solution for a sunny place like Sudan... Imagine how much electricity would be generated by Burj Dubai with such windows!!!
