The road is made fourlane just a few months back. It was not concretized as there is a main water pipeline going underneath it & concretization might have disabled maintenance of pipeline.

Looks like its MG Road, on way from Lal Bagh (Corporation Office) to Kottara Chowki. The Mangala Stadium must be there on the opposite side of the road.
