Back on topic...thanks Brisavoine for this cheerful update.

And never Japanese or Chinese.

We should have a list of Francophobic forumers somewhere. That would make recognition easier.

Paris, you are definitely going to be way ahead of London in skyscrapers with this one!

p.s we have no answer to La Defense in London; The Shard is as tall as London will ever be allowed to go because of height restrictions because of planes going into Heathrow and City airport. I concede, Paris will be the best skyline in Europe without a doubt. I went to see the plans in Paris and looked at the model of the future; I'm jealous back here in London. You're not scared to make it happen over there, too many people that rule things here are now!

66% of the request emanate from French… with the suppression of the wealth tax decided for 2011, rich French will return to France, I hope so...

These photos are incredible. Where can I book a flat ?
One bad point that is obvious in these photos is the LCI screen in the swimming pool...

Imo london still ahead paris in field of skyscrappers. Canary warth has no equivalent in europe.

Please the right sentence is "I think Canary Wharf has no equivalent in Europe" because you just express your personnal opinion. When I was there it took me a moment to figure out I was looking at 1 Canada Square so much it seemed unimpressive and bland.

You're absolutely right and I'm from London! Guess what...1 Canada Square (Canary Wharf) was supposed to be 100ft higher but they had to cut it down to size because of the flight path regulations! So now it's only 771ft. As for the rest of it, guys, La Defense has the buildings to beat Canary Wharf. Canary Wharf has only been developing for 10years in reality because nothing happened there from 1989-2000 really.

Guys, you will have the best skyline in Europe if you haven't already! Paris will be the centre of Europe for the 'wow' factor visually. My only criticism of Paris is the Metro where I feel the trains need to be a little newer and longer. La Defense deserves a better transport system than it has but I'm sure it'll get there.

London's investing loads to completely renew the whole tube system in London as well as overland suburban rail but as far as office space goes...we're going to fin it tough because we have an anti-skyscraper lobby that gets everything proposed cut down. Like I say, flight paths don't allow anything taller than the Shard. So Paris you can claim to have the best skyline in Europe now...London bows out unless we have some radical change removing the buraucratic mess.

I don't think any skyline is perfect and as much as these towers will take the piss with other European buildings they're going to hide buildings from the Arc de Triomphe.

In Europe only Moscow seems to have the potential for a world class skyline, if they build that Russia Tower (but it seems gone) and other supertalls.

Yes it's my opinion. Canary wharf beats all the way la defense. It is north american vision of business district with water, security and cool restaurants. The skyline is high enough for me and i don't need to have 300m high buiding to be convinced. Anyway i apreciate hermitage project.

what it is disapointing with those towers it's their location!

It brokes the equilibrium from the historical perspective caroussel du louvre-Concorde place-Arc de triomphe-L'arche de la defense

the tallest are on right ! who are the stupid guys who made such a schema?!!
