paris doesn't wait for the world. la tour eiffel even if it's old proves the spirit of innovation from france

It's your view but here we have this twin towers projects!

And if russians would had made this project in london you would have been happy for your good skyline! it's just it is paris! you criticize all from paris project

No matter Paris still have one of the top european skylines.

These towers create a stunning effect in paris sky!

Stop talking about London. This thread has nothing to do with London. You are obsessed with London which is funny considering how much better you think Paris is.

And no, if that was being built in London I wouldn't like it. I don't even like Riverside South in London.

I may be mistaken, but I was under the impression that Phare and Generali had been scaled down? Generali to something like 270m, and Phare so that only the hair reaches the 1000ft mark now. It's been a while since I read it so I may be wrong.

I like these towers, I don't like the location.

They would have looked better in the middle of other towers not in front of them.

tbh imo this buildings are maybe well designed but not for that location. La defense's skyline wouldnt be balanced anymore, the upside down method isnt well executed and so on. Honestly this building could look good elsewhere but not on the location they are abt to be build.

The location is precisely its main quality: widespread, unobstructed views of Paris, just meters away ( the width of the Seine that is ) from the city but not in its perimeter... and maximum visibility for the buildings too!
Residents ( top notch neighbours for sure!) will enjoy "first raw" views and spoil everyone else's, thats pure, wild capitalism! ( and the number 1 reason it may not be built after all - that's still France - : too visible and exclusive).

Oh, and BTW, the French red and blue colors are absolutely not the same as the Yugo's ones !

I agree

-On the location i think it depends where from you see it. If you are on a road or sides you'll see all LD towers which is the better view.

-If you are on a boat cruising the Seine, you'll find it cool

-if you are from the historical axis, yes it looks a little bit high and bad balanced.

If you are at the top of the tower you have the best pointview of the capital inside your bath
