Lol...this isnt starting, its just Brisavoine pimping Paris with his usual exaggerations...

This is just some short term site investigations...lasting a couple of weeks, construction is still a long, long, long, long way off....if ever.

Necessary works to study the construction of the buildings. I don't think you would say it's the beginning of the construction but it's still a progress toward it.

..or a progress towards realizing the floor is not strong enough to build those towers.
By keeping being over-optimistic some forumers just live in a dream world..taking everything for granted...Just wishful thinking. We need adult behaviour please. Those towers are not under construction until we see concrete cores going up in the parisian sky, which we are still waiting for.

Ermin Iskenderov said construction would start this summer, in September at the latest, no matter what. The full financial agreement with the banks will be revealed in the French financial press in mid-January.

I don't think they'd need such excuse to cancel the buildings.

Yes but London supertall is under construction but french ones are just proposed...
In France, anything can happen with supertalls, for memory La Tour sans fin (425m) and Signal (301m) will never be built...
It's dangerous to be too optimistic...

Tour sans fin and Tour Signal never reached the stage that the Tours Hermitage have reached. There were no building permits filed (I asked the Puteaux town hall), there were no demolition permits delivered, and there were no soil investigations. Also, there were no financial agreements.

A building permit was filed with two vans of documents. That matters much more than an internet website.

I'm not saying the Hermitage towers will be canceled, I'm just saying it's a little bit dangerous to communicate about these proposed supertalls as if it is allready in construction, that's all.
Ps : the TSF had his construction permit (delivred), all the lights was green.
Hope Phare and Hermitage will be built but for now : news are good but it is not enough for me.

No, the people working at the urbanism department in the Puteaux town hall confirmed to me that there was no building permit for the Tour sans fin.

Towers are approved, the title of the thread is obsolete.
