I like them better when they have blue cladding, but this are only models. Maybe it will look a lot different outside with blue sky.

Given that both the demolition & building permits are attacked by some nymbys associations, no way.

Though, I hope that the demolition will be possible next year, but the legal remedy must be cleared by then.

There's nothing else to do but wait for all legal remedies to get exhausted, patience is the key word in this country...

If it doesn't go through, the city should let the terraces stay rotting and abandoned, covered in grafitti, right in the heart of the La Defence, and let it become a squatter house just to spite the nimbies.
