Looks grand in most Due to small size seems to ahve no real mess or poor desgin Caost line not as imprssive with all the building looking dull and the same like bland wall Still give it 6

The city looks older (character and personality) and that is very nice. Why does every city have to be made of glass and steel. Enough with the tall glass boxes!

For a country of only 3 million, to have a city of 1.5 million is a great achievement. I'll give it 6.5 out of 10.
This is my contribution; the tallest building, Antel Tower, 157 m. ![]() World Trade Center of Montevideo, twin towers of 100 m. each.
