The US bid will present its case after australian and qatari bids. Six speechers are supposed to talk to FIFA exco during 30 minutes in their final presentations.
For the US there could be:

-2 minutes for video from Obama
-videos about infrastructure
-videos about soccer in the US: hearts and minds and why the US is to be chosen (important part)
-video made by Spike lee

Potential speechers:
-Bill Clinton-government support+video from Obama
-Sunil Gulati-soccer infrastructure
-David Downs-finance
-Mia Hamm-soccer in the US
-Landon Donovan-soccer in the US
-Morgan Freeman / Oscar de la Hoya

It would have been an awesome venue for 2006 final, though the Berlin Olympiastadion was amazing as well.
Nobody questioned that Allianz is a great stadium, but FIFA rules require 80,000 seats now to host the Final so yes, Munich was never an option to host the Final because it didn't have a stadium large enough.

Was this new rule implemented before the last WC? Seems strange to me, in 2002 Yokohama Stadium had a capacity of 72.000 people at the final. Besides, Wiki says that the 2006 final had an attendance of 69.000, so I think Allianz would've worked just fine!

If Qatar actually gets to the vote then FIFA have not done their job(4 different committees)

It was put in prior to 2006. I think the minimum capacity for a final before was 70,000. The ticketing for 2006 was strange and the attendance numbers were reported to have been inconsistent from venue to venue. Some venues reported the media members as part of the attendance while others didn't. Berlin didn't which is why the capacity was smaller for the Final than other matches there as more press showed up. Munich reported the same 66,000 for every match no matter the amount of press there. Attendance numbers from World Cups are hardly accurate and capacity can dip under 80,000 for the final venue if it is because the press take up more room and things like that. It needs a normal configuration of 80,000 or more and had the final been in Munich, the actual attendance would have likely been at 60,000 or maybe lower, which is not okay.

Slippery, they've pinched a number of votes that were definitely your's once you went to 2022 only.
Doesn't particularly worry me because we aren't on the end of it,its just that when I analysed things a few weeks ago the USA had quite a few primary votes. Now ,because of MBH and Sepp your bid will (amazingly) struggle to get to the final round.I'm being straight up,no trolling here.
I think its absolutely pathetic/astounding what Qatar are getting away with.Was/have been prepared for an Oz v USA final round for months, now all of a sudden doesn't seem that way.

This will go down as FIFA's darkest day if they don't address the collusion, the offers to buy,the 'in secret" deal on August 18.As I said,it doesn't really affect Australia-Qatar have stolen votes we weren't getting anyway-------except Thailand

I can't understand why no ones been talking about it from your side. Its got the English shitting bricks re '18

Things are so messy at this point, it's very hard to predict with any relative certainty how individuals will vote. No country really has any advantage right now. It's not really something to get worked up about, I'm actually curious more than anything. We will just have to see how it plays out in December.

Serious? One has a self inflicted paralised face, the other has the the most perfectly proportioned face in Hollywood via the golden ratio, gracious classic looks.

ok...

In a USA WC I'm for a Washington DC final.
