THANX Malayaali, yes it is a landmark but TATA Tritvam will be the best on that entire stretch of Marine Drive and the construction of the same is progressing faster than DEWA project.

once dewa , tata and purvankara complete their projects on marine drive , our own Marine drive can very well be compared with any such stretch in India .....
