Dewa Royale is a premium apartment project coming up on a 6-acre waterfront property at Marine Drive, Kochi. The apartment project itself will be the first stage of a groundbreaking, multi-phase development – including an exclusive shopping mall and a world-class hotel – which the company plans to execute on its 18-acre property at Marine Drive.

Sudheesh, thats actually the DEWA site, if you're referring to that vast filled land. DEWA also possesses 4 acres on the opposite side of the plot, near the DLF project site. Prestige Neptune Courtyard plot is actually where actual work is going on, at the junction of the roads.

The one in yellow is Purva Marina plot.

I'm presuming the project phases will be built in this order:

Phase 1. In the blue shape will be the six, 18 floor buildings -

Phase 2. In the yellow shape will be the four, 19 floor glass, clad buildings -

Phase 3. In the red shape will three 20 floor buildings, separated by the road -
