I think you have mistook ‘Prestige Neptune’s Courtyard’ for ‘Dewa Royale’ in the above photo. The u/c blocks are of the prestige project.

You cannot see anything which is ‘coming up’ so far in that Dewa Royale site photo.

Well you can sorta see some things and the site office. And the cleared site is where DLF's project is coming up. I think it was called Bayview?

Ya, there was some issue with the piling, I think Puravankara had to re do after the initial set of piles failed. Thats why that project was held up for sometime, eventhough it was among the first which was launched in 2005.

Hi Sanju, The plot for the Dewa Royale is just opposite to these series of buildings which are under construction. And i guess you posted the picture of Purva Grandbay which has some curvy angles.

Yes, that is Purva Grand Bay. Dewa Royale is just a few metres up the road.

Pity - looks like a fantastic project - better than most of the brick and mortar types - which themselves are pretty aethetic.

DEWA Royale construction started ... Basement work going on for the first tower .... its close to TATA project , only if some one goes there you can see that....

its the residential towers , if you can drive to tata projects site , you can see the basement work progressing , I couldnt take pics tat time.

Thanks, KMC. It's a pity those glass facade buildings will be hidden behind Neptune's Courtyard and the residential building.
