Cemex engineers are the contractors for the 1.3 mn sqft residential portion ..

their updated website shows that ... also recruitments are going on for Kochi project

can some one post the construction site pics , already basement work had started .. once completed Marine drive will be mind blowing along with Tata and Puravankara projects...

I guess this thread should be changed to Under construction...

can some one post the construction site pics last time when I was there piling was over and basement work was going on...

I can't assure regarding the updates, i will post if i go there.

Tata Tritvam is really into marketing the project as i saw the proj's adv. at various places including the magazine i read in the flight!
Tata Tritvam now has a counter @ Oberon Mall.

But if you do go down to Tata and Dewa sites, you should be able to see the Purvankara Marina site as well.

Tata Tritvam now has a counter @ Oberon Mall.

They are marketing well. In last week Property Expo in Dubai, they were really aggressive in promoting the project. Perhaps I am seeing TATA for the first time in a property expo.

TATA realty is a new venture of TATA sons and i'm happy that Kochi is among the 6 cities to start with their projects.

was the construction work progressing ... has it reached first floor level . when I saw basement work was going on , i.e 3 months back.

Actually i did not see anything there! might be due to the heavy rain! the visibility was low and i was driving too!

I am so happy that TATA is giving a huge boost to their Kochi Project. In Bangalore Airport, at Arrivals, they have a huge hoarding announcing this project. Likewise, they have advertised strongly in the inflight magazines very well, that it makes a better edge....

That snap is not mine, the source in at the bottom of my post.

But yep, that is the crane at the Dewa Royale site, it is visible on the Google Earth images from earlier this year. btw, the photographer to the photo from Goshree-Chathiyath road.

The crane is circled in red and the green arrow shows where the pic was taken from -
