Its really awesome project .. well Tata tritvam can also give good challenge to Dewa as their project seems equally better .... how the syline will look after 3 years. Hope Purvankara also get their act together or sell it to some one lie Tata who will launch the project .

Is there any background on this builder ??

There is no website on this company or any details of their previous projects ?

Hope they are not a fly by night operator - remember Apple a Day Projects anyone ????

This is a new group in the industry and it's their first project.

There is a huge office complex next to spencer plaza which I believe was built by DEWA.

I met the owner of Dewa PROJECTS Mr.Venugopal yesterday and he promised that the works are going on in full swing and is expected to complete by end of 2013. The piling for the 5 th tower(last) just started last week . Its partly financed by an NRI consortium from Abudhabi and he owns the rest incl the land. As witnessed by me last week there is rapid progress in the Dewa construction as compared to August 2011. So have no fear its on the way to completion. They have no previous history in construction but basically the job of builders is marketing and identifying the right construction company. They are intending to sell the remaining flats after completion of construction

Regret a few mistakes in my post regarding Dewa. The handing over date is 2015 and not 2013. There are 7 towers and not 5. The total land area is 6.3 acres.

Strange that DLF Bayview has still not recd the CZR clearence so far !!!!

They have sold less than 10% of the total project so far but they are going ahead and complete the entire project and plan to sell the rest and hence thyere is no active marketing in the air. They are quoting 6200/sq ft with preferential and floor riise charges xtra. Upto 5 th floor the rates are now 5500/ sq ft.
