Those pictures bring back good memories of my past trip there. I wonder though if those are recent pics of FW. Cause if it is, it seems like nothing much has changed for 5 years. I like this city a lot but I want to be fair. I'll rate the skyline as 7/10.

Finally, a few things are starting to get built in Downtown Fort Worth. RadioShack is building a corporate campus along the Trinity River. There will be three buildings that are 7 stories each. Then Pier 1 Imports is building their new corporate headquarters on the river a few blocks away. Pier 1 Place is only 20 stories, but has a reasonable height of 325 feet. I don't have a current skyline shot showing the construction, but I do have one that I took on October 18th shown below. RadioShack is the group of buildings under construction on the left side of the photo. Pier 1 Place is the building under construction in the center of the photo with the blue cranes. Speaking of cranes -- you can see 10 of them in the picture. There are seven orange ones at RadioShack, one at the Family Law Center that is white, and the two blue cranes for Pier 1 Place.

Those first 2 really don't do us justice. Now that Bank One is being converted to condos, Pier 1 is about to top out, and the convention center hotel is moving closer to reality, the skyline is going to look so much better! But since i'm going for impartiality, I gave my beloved cowtown 8.5 .

accurate pictures?

Ft. Worth's skyline is not that impressive, although they do have quite a few things to do downtown on the street level (unlike Dallas, where it's tall but business only).

Also, in 2000 or 2001 a tornado came through downtown (I'm not joking at all...) and ripped up its tallest building (Bank of America). They were forced to demolish this building due to the structural damage. You can see this in one of those pictures above. So remember that this building is no longer there when you're ranking the skyline!!!

FW has changed alot since i was last there about 10 years ago. All the tower cranes are pretty impressive. Lots of changes on the way? Kinda like St.Paul when compared to Dallas, never quite gets the respect it deserves. 8/10

Well, I see five (medium tall, not spectacular) highrise buildings! When I compare that with other skylines I can't give more than 5 points.
