Fort Worth doesn't really "strut". It's not the city's style, obviously.

But I agree, a few highrises (taller and even) with density would be great!

For me, a mid-sized city in the United States has ~ 200.000-800.000 inhabitants.

Of course 720.000 is quite a large number of residents, but you guys have 9 cities with more than 1.000.000 inhabitants, you have to put things in perspective. And of course this is just my personal perspective, you can call your town whatever you want

See city proper populations can be a little misleading,Boston,Atlanta,Miami,Seattle all have City proper populations all under 700 thousand people but The Metro's of These cities are Huge!infact all these Metro's are over 3.5 Million and Boston's CSA is almost double that!

Fort Worth would probably have a bigger skyline if it stood alone in it's own metro. Since it shares a metro with massive office markets in Dallas, Las Colinas, Telecom Corridor, and endless suburban office parks, it remains a bit on the small side. Still nice though

. . . . . more like, if Fort Worth was more aggressive in its effort to build more skyscrapers, maybe.

Fort Worth is a pretty conservative city in terms of building skyscrapers. Right now, it's more a 'midrise town'......
