Is that Dallas Downtown visible in the close to top right side of the image?

Yep. Just barely.

You can also see Cowboys Stadium clearly as that big white spot.

It's a massive city on it's own.

I just found out Fort Worth is larger than NYC with less than 1/10th the population. Talk about sprawl city! Then again, there are no cities in Texas with a high population density. So I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Fort Worth is and ALWAYS has been its own independent city. It just so happens to be 30 miles away from Dallas. Please don't make that mistake if you're ever in this city. I say that just as a sign of courtesy, not as a threat, because it is historically the most insulting thing you could ever say about Ft. Worth.

(P.S., it's the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex or simply "DFW")

Fort Worth is a suburb of Dallas and looks like a suburb.
It's really not even a discussion.

Clayton Missouri (a suburb of Saint Louis) has a better skyline than Fart Worth.

With Dickies Arena under construction in the foreground and some of the Cultural District buildings/landmarks on the left. Should see more coming in the near future...

A municipality's status is determined by it's governance, not the size of it's skyline. Fort Worth is governed by it's own City Council and has the fifth largest population of all cities in Texas. It is, therefore, not a suburb of Dallas, but an independent city.

Thanks for the clarification. I see now that that you'd already set the record straight so I guess my post is a bit redundant.
