SFS has obtained permission for 4 new towers to be constructed in the space (highway-frontage ) that was earlier ear-marked for the mall. They could be a mixture of commercial and residential blocks, though the mix or timeline for launch are not final yet.

There is still a possibility that a smaller mall format could be incorporated into one or more of the proposed buildings. However, from the tone of the Chairman, the whole proposal is some time away in the future.

A new apartment is coming right in front of Cyber Palms Gold & Silver called IRIS. This is next to the proposed Shopping mall.

IRIS is not a part of Cyber Palms, its just a budget apartment and the entrance for the same is also different. So i think its better not to post the details of IRIS in this thread as it is exclusive for Cyber Palms only.

Hi friends,

I am planning to purchase a 3BHK flat in either Cherry, Silver or Ivory for around Rs. 65,00,000/- the price is quite high but was not able to purchase during the launch period and like the Cyber Palms cluster and so would like to purchase in the same the purpose is to use for our own stay in future but would also like to keep the option of renting out too. Are the flats currently being leased out easily as was concerened with the amount of flats available do you think 2BHK would be easier to rent out?What about the maintenance charges and the facilites are they quite good as being projected? Is the security good as I would be travelling most of the time and my Aged mother and children would be alone.

The price at Cyber Palms is pretty high but it's a 10% premium at most to comparable products in the vicinity, which can be attributed to its superior amenity set and location. With the Infosys and UST Global campuses adding nearly 20,000 seats right across the road, the demand for rental is as high as it can get. The amenities are very good and the security system with RFID access control is more than adequate.
