A law graduate from the Ateneo Law School emerged on top of the 1,913 examinees who passed the 2011 Bar examinations held last November. Those who made it on the list comprise 31.95 percent of the 5,990 law graduates who took the test — the second highest passing rate since 2000.

She is not abusing, she is differentiating the deceitful agenda of the Yellow prosecution as to whether it is done in "good faith" or in BAD FAITH.

don't worry about studying legal ethics as obviously she did that need not question, she knows what she's doing and she's most likely more intelligent in interpreting it than anybody accusing her here And if she happened to say it in this (Yellow) media sensationalized, jejemonized and hepatitis stricken country, she's right too in referring to the ABUSIVE YELLOW PROSECUTION as stupid and was it ginagago( ?) as their infamous actions really are, in a language that anybody in public whose trust is betrayed (excl. clueless pnoys) can understand. I guess Sen Mriiam Defensor Santiago has the right to get angry....imagine doing a survey in a school about the trial and as the ABias CBN report says "susubukan iparating sa mga senator judges"...that's directly influencing the court, disregarding the trial itself and intimidating the senator judges....is this how our judiciary should work??...is this how we conduct our trial now and a precedent on how to convict the accused??....we always say " a person is innocent until proven guilty"...I guess now, with our destructive media spearheaded by Abias CBN we can reverse that saying completely to " A person is Guilty until proven innocent"....or.."a person is guilty because we said so"

SPOT ON!! nobody has the right to say that somebody is as good as guilty YET!!...only the judges has the right to say that AFTER HEARING BOTH SIDE OF THE STORY...they are trying to influence the court and sometimes directly intimidating the impeachment court itslef to rule a guilty verdict by saying " our evidence is solid so you should hand a Guilty verdict"

The ICC is already aware of her temperament, that's why they chose her.

It's about high profile international criminals, you can't deal with such by speaking softly alone.

Ang alam ko kaya nila inurong e "sapat na yung kaso na yun para maipanalo nila ang kaso" at ayon iyon sa kanilang opinion.
Wala akong nakikitang pinapangunahan nila ang korte dun sa statement nila. Ang sinasabi nila e base sa kanilang paniniwala.

But nothing bad saying that you already gave enough evidence to win the case. Because that is in their own view. Sino ba aamin na mahina ebidencya nila?

Then, to the senators' surprise, the said unknown lawyer sat in the prosecution table in the next session, making a show with the infamous gesture for the Yellow Media to focus as if in a deliberate and orchestrated drama shoot.

DISBAR that Yellow lawyer together with mongerer De Lima!


This Yellow Media have already mocked the country's Judiciary System. Together with its abusive coverage of the Quirino hostaging that profited video coverage to sell to international outlets compromising a crucial situation at the expense of the deaths of foreign tourists, this YELLOW MEDIA should be charged of CRIMES against Humanity to the International Court!

Even in the earlier vid we commented on several pages ago, we already knew the prosecution are gunning for a Trial by Publicity Circus.

Audacious statements had emanated from their sympathizers such as these:

1. That the accused is guilty until proven innocent. Further, that the accused must prove himself innocent.

2. That hearsay must be admissible as evidence.

The purveyors of these are indeed discombobulated.

Now can we really blame Miriam?

on topic. bad faith is an irrelevant concept imo in a political exercise. bad faith in what? filing? the ruling party considers him as an obstacle in its fight against corruption, when cases where filed against merceditas, gloria, all midnight appointees.

aquino was just being true to his word and fulfilling his promise. the fact that 188 congressmen signed is a testament to aquino ability to marshall resources with the coercive powers of his position, being the chief executive of the land. do you want a president that a lowliest clerk will not even respect or fear? that will be a laughable scenario indeed.

on the hope that the defense will present a lot of evidence, don't keep your hopes up. under the radar, and amidst corona and his lawyers rantings that they will present evidence in due course, they filed a motion to suppress all evidence related to that.

both are contradictory tactics, how can you present evidence, to controvert something that they want to be stricken from the court as if it did not exist.

they will just cite exclusionary rule and on that basis ask for an acquittal based on a technicality.

defense by suppression of evidence and not by controverting evidence?
