IMO Pattaya has many awesome building but can't compare to Bangkok due to anyway. 1 of those is The cove project still rising now where is close to Centara Grand Mirage that is longer building Therefore The cove will make Pattaya so elegant.

The Cove 84 unit, 18-storey Small but Elegant

By The Way There should has a tunnel connect to Hua-Hin.

From the designers of Northpoint

We at HB Design are happy that the members of this forum have reacted so well to the design of Northpoint.

As the towers near completion we have been asked on many occasions to detail the development process of the towers and in response we collected some of the material generated during design and collated it into a short pdf file which you might find interesting reading.

It allows a somewhat more intimate understanding of what led to the design than one normally gets in marketing material or site photos.

Please feel free to download at your leisure.

Dennis Stanfill

PS HB Design is always on the lookout for talented architects, especially those with high rise experience. Contact information on the pdf file at the link above. Please send in your cv's if you believe you could be part of our team.

Love it too, will they fill the whole curve with towers. What kind of return would I get if I invested in a unite.

Is this a thai coastline? Looks like Dubai at the south-chinese sea.
Nice tower, by the way..

Does anyone know if foreigners can buy residential properties by themselves in Thailand or do they need local partners?

Regarding the building itself I'd say: Nice for a box, random/boring/bland for a skyscraper.
